5. You’ll instantly receive the download links for the beat and your license.

The download is instant once the payment is completed. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if the email doesn’t arrive directly in your inbox.

When you complete your purchase, you’ll immediately receive an email with the beat in high-quality WAV format, the stems (individual tracks) of the beat, and the license agreement. Always check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within 5 minutes.

Yes. When you purchase a license, you can earn money on Spotify (and other digital platforms) from the streams your song generates.

We always have offers and discounts available. These are limited-time deals that we usually update without prior notice, so if you see a good one, take advantage of it right away before it’s gone.

You can check the current offer in the price boxes of each service or instrumental.

The most common one is the bulk discount. For example: buy 2 and get 2 free. In this case, you must select 4 beats, and once they’re in the cart, you’ll see the discount automatically applied. This works out to a 50% discount.

Another type of offer can be a discount coupon, usually a keyword you enter at checkout.

Beats can be removed from the store if someone decides to purchase them exclusively, meaning they may never be available again. Exclusive rights are sold at a higher price (usually between €800 and €1500). If the offer is worth it, the beat will be taken off the website. That’s why, if you like a beat, don’t wait to buy your license — it guarantees you the right to use it forever.

To prevent unauthorized use of instrumentals on YouTube or any audio platform (Spotify, Tidal, etc.) without the proper license, all beats are registered in a Content ID and Audio ID system.

How Content ID works:
It scans YouTube videos for audio produced by Malakkor and automatically issues a copyright claim, which temporarily disables monetization on your videos. This claim is only a notification — it will NOT harm your channel or video, and you don’t need to delete anything. The only effect is that monetization is paused. Your video will still play without restrictions.

Here’s the exact message you might see:
“Due to a copyright claim, your YouTube video is no longer monetizing. It can still be viewed, but the copyright owner may choose to display ads on it.”

So, how do we fix this?

This protection is used by all producers and is the only way to ensure that no one uses beats without buying a license. We also use Audio ID for platforms like Spotify or Tidal — but with Audio ID, if you have a license, you won’t receive claims.

When you purchase a usage license, you’re allowed to make changes to the structure and length of the beat. What you cannot do is add new instruments. If you’d like to add instrument tracks, you’ll need to contact us so we can review the project and decide accordingly.

No. Once the purchase is completed, since it’s a digital download product and already in your possession, we do not accept returns. You also cannot resell the beats, as the contract is issued in the buyer’s name and that is the only legal way to use the beat.

When you purchase a beat on our website, you agree to receive our emails, always with benefits for you, never spam or aggressive sales. You can unsubscribe from them anytime you wish.

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to register the beat or the new song with any Content ID system, service provider, music distributor, record label, or digital aggregator. You can only register Content ID for exclusive beats.

For example: TuneCore, CDBaby, or any other user-generated content identification service. When uploading your song to digital platforms, do not register or activate Content ID. All our music has already been registered by the producer to protect its use.

Some beats can be downloaded directly, this is to give you the chance to “try before you buy.” You can use them to write and experiment with your music. You may even record a video with them for your social media, for example.

They come protected with a voice tag. Once you decide to use them for YouTube, digital platforms, etc., you must purchase a usage license. This license includes the high-quality, tag-free audio and the contract.

Any unauthorized use of these beats, including resale or modification, is considered a direct violation of the Copyright Act of 1976. Malakkor reserves the right to take legal action or seek financial compensation for any breach or violation of our “Beat Usage Policy.”
